Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid a restocking fee.
Shipping and Labels
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
